About Me

I am currently am a second year Ph.D. student at Stanford University studying biomedical informatics. My adviser is Dr. Atul Butte, Assistant Professor of Medicine in the newly renamed Stanford Center for Biomedical Informatics Research (BMIR, pronounced bee-mer). My research interests include developing translational approaches for the integration of disparate data sources, namely, the use of data across the transcriptome and clinome to examine human biomarkers and create models of the physiome.
